Identify the Stop Code
When a BSOD occurs, it will display a stop code. This code provides information about the specific error that caused the crash. To view the stop code, follow these steps: 1. Press and hold the
Shift key while clicking
Restart. 2. On the Advanced Recovery Options screen, select
Troubleshoot >
Advanced options >
Startup Settings. 3. Click
Restart, then select
Enable Boot Logging. After restarting, the stop code will be displayed on the screen.
Update Device Drivers
